Sir, as I posted my family matter that my mother has died 18 year ago , my father has done second marriage, I have one brother means we are two boys from my mother and step mother has two children i.e.,one 8 years girl and one 2 year boy, means we are total 4 children of my father, my father is earn property by government service. I.e., primary teacher, me and my brother upto 21 to 22 years old , I am big one i.e. 22 years old , our all education upto graduation is done by my mother's father ( grandfather) ,even we have lived in grandfather house from death of my mother.If me and my brother claim for property to father then how will be shares in property, is property will equally divide among three brothers or not? please advice me!

A.Only after the demise of your father you along with the other legal Class 1 heirs are entitled to share properties. However if your father makes a will before his death and makes his second wife and children the beneficiaries then you and your brother will loose your right to claim your share in the your father's self acquired property.

Sir,if me and my brother claim property before my father death will make or demise and if we have proof of my family rashan card of my mother, father, me and my brother before my mother death then it will sufficient to claim property as a beneficiary to us? Or require any other proof to claim property of my father self acquired property ? And how will share in property in equal manner or not?
