Mental torture by parents Mental torture by parents

I am 25 and recently have started earning and it's very less pay since I am a fresher. My parents took a bad loan to purchase home and I wasn't involved into this decision and I had no idea about it. Now they are overburdened by the debt and they want me to pay this loan. My name is also not in the home they purchased and I don't want to pay for the mistakes they made. They are mentally torturing me on a daily basis to make me pay and taunting me for everything. They are threatening that if I don't pay up they will make a police complaint and make me leave the house. I want to know does such a law exist where they can make me leave the house?

A.Hello Sir,
Since they have not taken your consent before taking loan neither you are surety for the loan. You are not liable to pay the debts taken by your father . Recovery can be made from his estate which he may leave behind and which you inherit. Recovery from you can be effected if you stand surety for the repayment of the money borrowed by your father or in case you are a co borrower.
