I have entered into an agreement with a developer as JV. At the time of agreement developer given me 1 lac and the agreement was valid for 3 months from the date of signing. Now it is almost 2 years the developer is not doing anything. When I ask him for NOC upon I refund tht 1lac, he is asking for 2 lac for NOC. My house is stuck and so am I. What to do on this case ?

A.Dear client
If the JDA was valid for 3 months then on expiry of 3 months the agreement t has become null and void and you do not need any NOC from him. In fact depending on the agreement terms you can keep some amount of advance ne as penalty
