Dear Sir/madam,
I am Jadab Das,98% share holder of a pvt.ltd company but not a member of BoD.Now I got govt of WB .aided school teaching job. Can it create obstacle for job.Please help me how can I keep both side .

A.Hello Sir,
Part (i) of rule no 40(2) of the Central Civil Service (Conduct) Rules, 1964. Government employees cannot make an investment which can result in an uncomfortable situation or in a situation that he/she is discharged from their duties. But as a government employee you can invest in stock market and get the profit.
