Pvt company share &govt. Aided job.

Dear Sir/madam,
I am Jadab Das,98% share holder of a pvt.ltd company but not a member of BoD.Now I got govt of WB .aided school teaching job. Can it create obstacle for job.Please help me how can I keep both side .

But as a government employee you can invest in stock market and get the profit.
