Anticipatory bail Lene k bad kisi crime me aaropi doshi paya jata hai to police aaropi ko giraftar kr leti hai usse bachne ka koi rasta hai kya.... specially jo crime ki saja kam se kam 3 saal or jyada se jyada 7 saal Tak ho.... please btaye

A.Hello Sir,
Section 436 of the CrPC. You can apply for regular bail. It will also depend on the offense that if it is non-bailable or bailable offense. It depends on the facts and circumstances and also it is the decision of the judge whether to grant bail or not.
