Wife came back after 13 years

This started exact after 2 months I got married in 2010. My wife was 1 month pregnant and left me without any reason. I tried to contact her and tried to convince her to get her back, but she denied. After 1 year I filed section 9 and the case was pending before the court, In the meanwhile she delivered a baby boy. We both were contested the section 9 and she denied to come back. As my lawyer susggested I then filed divorce petition in 2013 before the court, we both contested it till 2017, (Although she skipped most of the hearings). Since 2017 I did not hear anything about her and she never came in the court, I also did not take much interest in the proceedings. while these things were going on I started live-in with another lady and we have 3 kids now. Last month my wife came back again and now threatening for 494 and 498a. I don\'t know what to do in this situation now.
It seems you have not taken legal divorce and it is still pending. Thus, your wife may take action against you under Section 494 of IPC for the offence of Bigami which is more serious.
