Overcharged penal amounts Overcharged penal amounts

Hi, I was a regular user of mpokket since my B.Tech days. Every payment was on time, but the lockdown was unexpected and I was charged with penal amounts, my principal amount is Rs.10000 and now I am charged with Rs.30000 that is 3 times my principal amount. I requested them to reduce the amount for the payment. The circumstances made a heavy impact on my professional and personal life. Please help me find a solution
