When fraud transaction done from our credit card and immediately Register Grievance to Block Credit Card and Freeze Account mentioned specific Rs 42000 was unauthentic so not approved it they block credit card same day generated reference number of Fraudrent Transaction it was saw as Memo Transaction when follow up continue second day display transaction pending even given Dispute with perticular transaction and requested Stop payment to Merchant but SBI CREDIT CARD DEPT Employee settle Fraudrent Transaction for financial loss of customer after payment approved My Account block which requested two days ago with dispute but not block it in this case who is Victim and irrisponsible for this incidents. I already gave dispute SBI at when I saw notification of Transaction Successful and immediately Register Grievance to prevent financial loss but they not do that because of this i am not pay but it hurt my CIBIL SCORE as high credit use profile negativity impact they multiply charge, financial charges, late charge etc without usage of it i personally mail if Fraudrent Transaction show in records than increase my credit limit i surunder card when court decide in your favour i will pay if my favour i claim 5 times as a componsation of destroy Credit History. They not provide merchant Banking Details for register cybercrime dept and not give information who approved transaction which already dispute and request stop payment and every evidence with me.
