When i joined in the company they didn't provide me the joining letter but orally confirmed the notice period is 1 month . Now i worked here for 2 years 9 months now i am trying to resign the job but they are forcing me to stay for 3 months. They provided the joining letter now with the mentioning of 3 months forced me to sign then only they provide joining letter. Now what can I do for leaving after 1 month of notice period . And i want my experience and relieving documents everything. We have the proof that one who joined before me and after me having their joining letter mentioned that 1 month notice period .
