i served my notice period but when my fnf came they said you only served 10 days but i served 31 days and then i complain to hr they said we will look up and now its been a two months they said the last working has been submitted in epfo portal so now they are getting dificulties and they are taking too long

A.Dear Client!

It is the fault of the emoloyer and not yours. Kindly take legal action as giving too much time will dilute your case.
Issue the legal notice to the management and complaint to the labour officer and EPFO Department about wrongs committes by the ex employer.

A.Dear Client,
It is advisable to talk to the HR again and persuade to look into the same at the earliest. On failure, you can take legal action, if the grounds are invalid
