My Paytm account is locked stating that a fraudulent transaction has been detected. When checked with customer support, they asked me to reach out to Uttar Pradesh cybercell and get a NOC letter from them. How should Iproceed?

You can reach out to the Uttar Pradesh cyber cell through their official website or by visiting their office. Once you have completed the process stated by cyber cell, you should obtain the NOC letter from the Uttar Pradesh cyber cell. The letter should state that you have reported the fraud and that they have no objection to unlocking your Paytm account.Then submit the same to the paytm.
