There is a tower of gtl company in my land and the gtl company is yet to pay the rent of my land, so WHAT CAN I DO AFTER SEND A LEGAL NOTICE TO GTL INFRA LTD. ?

A.Dear Client!

You need to check your agreement with regards to what is the dispute resolution mechanisim, if it is Arbitration Clause then you need to send the notice for invoking Arbitration.

If the agreement speaks about Court only, then you need to file Commercial Suit for recovery of dues.

A.Dear Client

If GLT Infra Ltd have not cooperated even after the legal notice, then you can file a case in court against GTL Infra Ltd. for recovery of the unpaid rent. Moreover, you can explore the option of Alternate Dispute Resolution.Please seek an expert legal advice over this matter.
