Bank loan settlement case

The loan of State Bank of India, Gaya Branch was settled in the National Lok Adalat. The settlement amount was paid in full after a delay of 21 days due to illness. Due to delay, the bank did not give No dues certificate.

The Bank cannot withold the no dues certificate o receipt of the agreed payment. Just issue the strong legal notice to the Bank and mark it to RBI.

You should get in touch with the bank and ask for a No dues certificate if one wasn't issued by them. You may support your request by giving them evidence of payment, such bank records or receipts. You may register a complaint with the banking ombudsman or consumer court for relief if the bank still won't give a No dues certificate. Please seek an expert advice over this matter.
