Sir if I am Christian who had done marriage as per Christian rituals and it is more than 3 years my husband has thrown out from his home, he did not came to see his daughter from birth and I have sold all my gold to complete his loans and other commitments. Can I claim maintenance from him. If yes then how and under which Act?
