I have a residential undivided joint property with my sister in law in Kolkata which she is running as a hotel business without my consent or NOC , she doesn’t want to buy my share of the property neither does she want to sell the entire property . I live abroad what are my rights ?
A.Dear Client,
You are eligible to claim a right in the profit made out of the business being run on the property. You can also claim your share of the property whether you want to sell it, or not will be based on your discretion.
