Is it possible to launch a complete against my working company. As I am working with this company since 7 years but till now their is no designation change so far. Due to Covid pandemic my salary has been increased for only 3 times in the last 7years, I do agree with that but my concern was I have not even got 1 designation change in the last 7years. So can u advise me what to do plz sir.
