through tender we got the work and executed it completely, since fund problem government is making delay in making payment. how to move legally

I will advise you to send a formal demand letter to the government agency requesting payment for the work that has been completed. Moreover, it is highly advised to get your contract reviewed from a professional to understand if there is any clause for late payments. If this all fails, then you can file a lawsuit against the government agency to recover payment. Please seek an expert legal advice over this matter.
