I am the elder one in my family, my mom and dad got seperated 13 years back but not divorce, in the name of children my mom used to get the money but no use, she was giving it to others and no savings for her own children. And now my mom wanted to claim all my dad's retirement money, pension money and she directly told to me and my brother that we won't get anything because few years when we were young we have signed that on behalf of us my mom can take money to her account. My first sibling I mean my sister has vision defect and they have that physical disabled document with them based in that my mom too my sister for her side and planning to take the retirement money and pension money fully buy submitting my sister:s disabled document. Now me, my dad and my brother won't get anything what to do how to get our part atleast.

Try to have a conversation with your mother about your concerns and to express your desire to receive your fair share of your father's retirement money and pension. To give effective advice over this matter, I have to understand the local laws associated to it, company policies for pension amount and your legal rights and your parents' legal obligations regarding the assets in question.
