F and F process delayed

I was working for a company for last 3 years due to mental and physical stress I had severe health issue which forced me to discontue the work and move on to native for betterment on the same I forwarded resign letter and requested to relieve but company holded my FnF process after 2 months no action was taken on relieve later asked me to report to HO for relieving letter documents sign it's was told that 2 month notice period would be deducted from settlement I did not objected now even after this company as not processed my FNF
What can I do, even due to this I lost other job offers as documents not provided
It is advisable to communicate with the HR or the director, the highest possible authority regarding the matter. On failure of any action, please proceed to file a legal complaint.

Let me speak with HR on the situation, if further no response I will mail to director, explaining the situation.

Also sir post this 2 months company is raising inventory issue and trying to deduct from me and every month there was internal Audit even Audit was conducted in my last month.
Trying to corner me all the possible way by deduction of 2 mnts notice period amount and inventory deduction. During this period I was in contact and was never discussed with me.
Salary deduction for not serving notice period
Less Full and final settlement
Already Served 10 Days Out Of 15 Days Notice Period, But Have Still Not Got LWD.
