F and F process delayed

Hello Team
I was working for a company for last 3 years due to mental and physical stress I had severe health issue which forced me to discontue the work and move on to native for betterment on the same I forwarded resign letter and requested to relieve but company holded my FnF process after 2 months no action was taken on relieve later asked me to report to HO for relieving letter documents sign it's was told that 2 month notice period would be deducted from settlement I did not objected now even after this company as not processed my FNF
What can I do, even due to this I lost other job offers as documents not provided
