Ex employer file a case

I worked at chennai for a company hq at Mumbai. Left job 4 months back. They planning to sue me for non payment by customers. Mentioning I took the material. Where can they file the case?

They can file case in Mumbai but in rarest of rare cases they can file such case. If filed just engage one advocate and try to defend yourself.
