Can a Association AMEND the Deed of Declaration created as required under KAOA act by the builder. The conveyance deed has still not got like others . The apartment is in Karnataka. The president of apartment has made the amended DOD and registered in sub registrar office.

Without the consent of majority of members the contents of deed of declaration cannot be amended. Please check the same and approach the Registration Authorities by lodging a complaint.
