i bought a second hand car in second hand car showroom in november 2018.the showroom owner hasn’t transferred to me and i have given a complaint in police station in march 2019 but they are not filed fir on that time. after two years showroom owner transferred to me in 2021 febraury with bills and i sold that car to x person in 2021 july. that x person wants to sell the car in 2023 february.but he failed to transfer to another person y. due to police filed a case u/s420ipc on showroom owner because showroom owner not given money to previous owner. so previous owner filed a case on showroom owner and showroom owner approved insolvency property.so, what should i have to do for car registration unblock from rto immediately to transfer and sell the car?

A.Dear Sir,
If it is in your name you can get it transfer. If not allowing then go to court and get a direction to the concerned RTO
