Separation from my mother

Me and my mom stay together, my father died when l was 3 years old. She lives with an another guy l want to get separate from my mom. She gets pension from my late father n l want a small part of it. Is there any law regarding this situation ?

A.As per the Pension Law the widow pension as long as she remains a widow, after marriage she will not be entitled.Secondly the orphan pension is till 25 years.
