Can AGM, attended by only 1/3rd of members take financial decision of increasing Maintenance Charges? if Minutes of AGM are not approved by House, can RWA implement increase in charges?

A.Dear Client,
A minimum of two-thirds of the total number of members, subject to a maximum of 20, should be present to constitute the quorum for the AGM. A society is entitled to levy a charge provided it is approved by the general body at a valid meeting, in consonance with the bye-laws.
