Not allowing for university examination

I am nithishragavendran i am studying in peri college of arts and science I my clg fees structure was too high for all students there is no infrastructure for this cost and unpaid students are not allowing for university examination I am asking for time to pay my fee but they don't give me a time and I got 14 arrears they don't allow me to write the examination
