Passage blocked and completely destroyed beyond recognition by Propery grabber for approaching my land of ten acreas.. He has already encroached upon nearly seventeen acres of govt land by creating lavanya patta gifted land passbooks to the extent of four acres and also entering his name as kabjedaar in rest of thirteen acres. He bribed earlier mro s and got this work done. He is not the original beneficiary of that land. He got the names of original beneficiary deleted and replaced them with altered pahanis.Finally got an ad interim injunction upon the opposite party but he stiill claims that it is his own land as he is cultivating land since past fifteen years. And he shall be treated as beneficiary as he is having adverse position and he is kabjedaar sice past many years.Finally approached police . They are ready to give protection and assured that if he creates further disturbance he would be booked under pd act. Can i trust his words is it really possible.further shall imapproach mro,office as well as we are passing through govt land.
Since no judge is available no further progress in case related to injunction. Looks like it will take another two years to fill the judge post.If i file for suit fir easementary rights it will further be delayed for 2-3 years. Plz suggest any alternative remedy

Best option for you would be to engage a local Advocate with sound knowledge in Civil law who can help you to some extent. He might be in a position to tell you also the political police and bureaucracy nexus which will help you to develop the alternative strategy other than the law.
