Traffic challan on learner license

I have been tagged with two traffic challans in past one month on driving my two wheeler with my learner license
The offences I did were jump on red light and second one was driving on wrong side of the road, so I wanted to what was the correct procedure to get these challans waived off?

You have to just pay the fine amounts and close the matter. You cannot seek waiving of such fines.
