How to protect my family from police harrasment.

My uncle married 4 years back with a girl. They lived near by my home. Before few days that girl married to another guy and now she is back to her mother's home. My uncle had a boy with her. She is claiming that boy with the police. My uncle got abscond with the boy as he doesn't want to give Custody of the boy to her wife. My family and i don't have anything to do with this matter. But police is coming to my home and doing investigation with my family. What leagal action I can take so that police should not come toy home as thay are threatening my family.
