I have resigned my last company due to one of there staff whose's in my team misbehave with me and iam not feeling secure there I gave 15 days notice period in my resignation but company not accept that they want 1 month notice period . I had not complete my notice period now company deduct my 13 days salary from my 17 days payable salary they are only giving me 4 days salary. I have worked there for 8 months pls suggest how could I recover my remaining salary

A.hello,
As per your information given you can have salary after serving notice period , it's a provision that for having full and final settlement employee must serve the notice period completely.
