I have given advance for 1 plot in Visakhapatnam 14L to One builder and waited for 10 months for vuda plot approvals. Now Vizag VUDA Released LP numbers and my builder insisting us to take other plot and he is saying your plot was to somebody. ( but not actually sold to anybody) because my plot he is getting more value now so he wants to shift my plot. We are not agreeing to shift plot. In agreement he mentioned plot may be changed if any vuda approvals changed but there is no change vuda approval so he has to register my plot for which we have paid advance. All advance amount paind in cheques and A/C paying only. Pls advise me can i lodge a complaint on that developer? If yes which court consumer court or ordinary local court? And what is the winning chances because no body wants to go court since its waste of money and time. And every one saying same thing... Because if you are correct also you cant do anything to that bigshots... But i am genuine so i want to fight. Pls advise me
