Hi sir,
My bike everyday parking in my hostel in night time but some persons are theft petrol in my bike weekly 2 times . I have cc tv record who is theft my petrol...so ????what can I do legally this matter pls help me sir....

A.dear client in your case you have to file a complaint in the concerned police station and if the police disagrees to lodge FIR .consult a lawyer and file a private complaint before the concerned magistrate court.

A.Sir,
It is the peer group handy work.You analyse your cc tv record and find the person.Totally it is a crime of "Non Professional" with the help of the police control it.

A.Inform the hostel warden and no action is being taken with prior permission of the Authorities file FIR in the concerned Police Station with CCTV records as per the complaint requirement. If Need Consult a Lawyer.
