Regarding reversing of Non Maintenance Charges from ICICI Bank Regarding reversing of Non Maintenance Charges from ICICI Bank

I opened a current account with ICICI Bank in July 2020 with 1 Lac balance. It was an account with minimum 25000 balance. So I withdrew 75000 and as I didn't get clients as planned so I became inactive on that account for next 2.5 years. I logged in my account on 16th April 2023 to see that only 211 are left in my account now. I checked account statements and found that 10 Rs were deducted as IMPS charges in Oct 2023 for transaction done in July or August 2020. I did not get any notification or alert of account balance going below the minimum limit. Thereafter they started deducting Non Maintenance charges quarterly and now only 211 are left in my account. I did not even get the deduction alerts for those Non Maintenance charges also. Can these 25000 be reversed anyhow? Branch Manager has denied the reversal.
