False 498 - Medical Issue's False 498 - Medical Issue's

Married in the month of May’18 after 10 days she went for 5 days after Ramazan she was suffering from fever and vomiting. Their parents took away to get consult the doctors and they didn’t even intimate us where they are consulting. After few days my wife called me and told taking medicines everything is fine and the next day told like “Asrat” treated by some baba’s for 40days. She came back my home after 50 days with their parents. They didn’t even bought any medical reports/prescription to show us what they treated. After the next day we took her for medical investigation (Master check-up) doctor consulted us and informed us to go for deep investigation (Renogram) related to kidney infection. Finally in the report one kidney function was not there and it was non-visualization. And my wife is getting loss of weight. When we called for their parents to stay for diagnostic as they simply said we’re busy you people carry on. After the diagnosis we informed their parents to come for surgery and removed the kidney as per doctor suggestion. And his father says to my relatives and anyone who ever asks that nothing was happened just infection was there it was removed. And my wife needed at least 1 years of bed rest to recover healthy. She is 22 years with 30KG weight. Now I wanted to go for 2nd marriage/divorce with present wife as I can’t wait for another 1+ years and later don’t want to face more health issues.

From Marriage day to till date she was with me 20 – 22 days. And moreover they clearly cheated us as they know already i.e. when we were asking for existing reports they are changing the topic, etc.

Now my wife lodged complaint in police station stating that we’re harassing, asking for additional dowry and we only forcibly removed her kidney.

Police gave us 1 month time to settle if not in the meanwhile we will inquire on what basis kidney was removed.

If the police file 498case on us, so first police will arrest us or we need to attend the court first.

What is the process of 498?

After the investigation police will arrest? If arrested can we get bail?
