Absconding from employment

I joined a organisation 2 months back and i am on probation period right now. As per offer letter, Either party may terminate the employment by giving a mandatory minimum of 3 months'
notice to the other party, (also applicable during probation period)
Now I want to left organisation immediately, can i do so and what are its implications
