I joined a organisation 2 months back and i am on probation period right now. As per offer letter, Either party may terminate the employment by giving a mandatory minimum of 3 months'
notice to the other party, (also applicable during probation period)
Now I want to left organisation immediately, can i do so and what are its implications

A.Hello,
As per the information you have mentioned it is advisably to you to kindlt go through your service contract there will be some clauses related to this issue.

A.Dear Client,

Unfortunately you cannot terminate the employment without the 3 months notice and hence will have to complete the term accordingly.
