Issue related to two wheeler huge fine Issue related to two wheeler huge fine

I am using my elder brother two wheeler which has a fine of 45000 and I was not aware about this the traffic police impounded the vehicle and asked to pay full fine. I am not in a situation of paying the complete amount in one shot, I offered to pay 10000 cash and remaining in 6 emi as I receive my payments. My kids fees are due for the coming year and I also was hospitalized for injury for which the bills were huge. The Police Inspector Madam is least bothered to understand and even her associates are frustrated with her. Please guide.

A.Dear Client,

Please try to contact your brother to pay off the dues, and if he is not co-operative, send a legal notice by making use of Section 69 of the Indian Contract Act. You may submit the required documents to prove that the vehicle belongs to your brother.
