If the agreement is on Rs. 500 stamp paper and signed by both parties is it admissible in a court of law?
The agreement is not notarized or registered, it's printed on an Rs. 500 stamp paper.

A.Dear Sir,
It is invalid document, how ever it may used for limited purpose. Always get such documents registered and never share signed blank cheques.

A.Until and unless a Franchise Agreement is registered under Registration Act it can't be treated as a document under Evidence Act and so can't be invoked for specific performance under Specific Relief Act in case of breach of contract by either parties.
