Salary - writing to my previous employer Salary - writing to my previous employer

I have been writing to my previous employer to salary not getting last 2 month in my last organization i serve my one month notice period, they told me after you completed notice period then after 15 day you got your salary whit FNF but now 2 months is gone but till now i am not receive salary. so please suggests me what i do.

A.Reach out to concerned office of the Chief Inspector of Shops and Establishment if your organization or establishment governed by Shops and Establishment Act redressal of your grievance.
And in case your establishment comes under the purview of I D Act get in touch with the office of Labour Commissioner or you may file an application before the Laour Court u/s.33C(2) of I D Act claiming dues from your employer.

A.Hello,
The employee can file a civil suit against his employer under the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 after following the procedure of sending the employer a legal notice alleging for dues of payment by him. If the denies the salary, the employee may proceed legally.
