A.Dear Madam,
In India in rarest of rare cases such compensation being allowed. Indian Courts not recognized such compensation.

A.You may file a complaint under D V Act before Criminal Court claiming compensation. But it is not so easy to prove the complaint that involved lot of complexity.
For concealment of health status of your husband by in laws before marriage, a cas may also be lodged against them for cheating and criminal conspiracy.

A.Hello,
you can file an FIR for harassment.
An application of complaint can be presented to the Magistrate under Section 12 of the DV Act, 2005.
