What if husband is dependent on parents and they disown him from their property as soon as a dv case is filled against him. What should I do as a wife?
A.Dear Madam,
Even in worst case husband who is hale and healthy is suppose to pay maintenance to the wife. A son is not suppose to get any share in the self acquired properties of his parents. You may file maintenance case both under the provisions of Domestic Violence Act and under Section 125 of Cr.P.C.

A.Action of your parents in law is afterthought as soon as d v case filed against their son to deprive you from right to claim any share in their property.
You have to try hard to prove this point before the Ld. Court to access appropriate relief in the matter.
