Can a General power of attorney notarized in USA be witnessed in India and renotarized in India? Also is it ok if the NRI skipped agetting the power of attorney attested by Embassy?
A.Dear Sir,
Power of Attorney to be attested by Embassy of that Country or public notary of that country thereafter it has to be registered or notarized in India.
