Related to my salary and bonus

I have work with an real estate company for 4 yrs as my 2 months salary is due and also my last year bonus of10lac is pending which confirmed by the director on mail to be paid but didn’t receive and also covid time salary is not paid fully and now I’m claiming for my last 3 months salary and last year bonus employer is denying what should I do now
A.Since Real estate business covered and governed by Shops and establishment Act, you can make an application in form N under Rule 31 to the Chief Inspector of Shops & Establishment under whose jurisdiction your company falls to recover your dues from employer.

The employee can file a civil suit against his employer under the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 after following the procedure of sending the employer a legal notice alleging for dues of payment by him. If the denies the salary, the employee may proceed legally.
