How to recover pending salary from employeer How to recover pending salary from employeer

I was working with a company that I resigned some months back. The employer has not paid me 3 months of salary and has not deposited EPF contributions. When I asked for Full and final settlement, then he made a claim on me for expenses of an office trip to Dubai that was equal to three months salary. Some months back he took some staff to Dubai for a IT showcase where the products of his company were shown. I never requested him to take me for that but he took some staff for presentations to clients. He never informed me in advance or after that trip that the cost will be recovered from me. Always the salary was paid late. And when I resigned and asked for 3 months of salary, he claimed that I should return him expenses for hotel, visa and flight ticket for this visit which is approx 3 months of the salary. Kindly let me know what can be done over here.

A.Dear Client,
Is there a term of 3 months advance notice for tendering resignation in your offer/appointment letter, if it is there and you complied with the said preconditions and once the notice period over, you are entitled for salary for notice period which cannot be adjusted with the expenses incurred for commercial or business promotion purpose of the Company. You are also entitled for release letter accepting your resignation once the notice period is over.
