I took money from a person against 10% ..first i giving 2 3 month as per 10% .but now I m unable to pay him because of very high charges....he took 2 blank cheque and my pan and adhar Xerox..he also agreement sign by me .. which is expired in 31/March/23 ..he thretning me now that if i not return his money then he go to check bounce or take against me .. really i m scared..
My question is that
1)can I stop my cheque by my bank
2)10% legal or not ? If by chance he takes action against me then how to face this issue..
3)i took this money in karnataka.. can i fir against them in my native police station..

A.it appears from the content of your query that it is purely a money laundering case which strictly prohibited under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 and punishable if the complaint is made to Adjudicting Authority and proved in course of investigation.

You may find out the office of concerned Adjudicating Authority who may guide you for filing a complaint in the matter

A.Hello,
As per the infromation you have given it is advsable to you to file a FIR against them for harassment.
