Our HCP was filled on 20/4/2023 and still We didn't recieve our admission number how long that usually takes and how long should I wait for hearing date
How long should I wait for
A.Based on your insufficient information nothing can be commented properly as of now.
It is not clear before whom(Authority) the HCP is filed for approval or registration.
In case it is filed before RERA u/s.4 of the Act, and the application is found complete in all respect, the Authority disposed the matter within 30 days or reject the application extending the opportunity of hearing to the applicant u/s.5 of the Act.
Pursue the status of your application either on virtual mode or visiting the office of concerned authority physically as the case may be.

Actually gundaas act was applied on me and my husband in the month of Dec 27 and we went to Advisory Board on Feb 8 on 20 Feb my gundas was released not for my husband so now on April 20 only my lawyer has filled the HCP and he's saying to wait for the admission number where it will be mentioned for the hearing date my HCP number is 20104/2023
So he said after filling within a week will be getting our admission date but still not received
