My house got fire and all my documents burned, Xerox is also not there , went to all departments for second copy but went in vain , how can I apply on court.

A.Dear Sir,
You may immediately lodge a complaint with Police and on the basis of such FIR you may approach the concerned Sub-Registrar office and other offices to create duplicate documents.

A.While I sympathise with your plight at the given situation in absence of any reference or documents it may be very difficult to obtain the documents you lost in fire..
However, you may apply to concerned issuing authority of documents filing an application to the Public Information Officer of the concerned Deptt.under RTI Act, 2005 seeking desired information/documents.
hopefully it may works and failing which you may get in touch with an Advocate who may help you to retrieve/regenerate your lost documents from its sources.

A.Hello,
It is necessary to file a complaint in the police station of your jurisdiction as soon as possible. The complaint must be made by the owner of the property saying that the all my papers are destroyed in fire and then reach out to an advoacte for futher proceedings.
