Loading of common road

I have purchased a plot in Hinjewadi Pune of size 5142 which has common internal roads on 2 sides. The agreement has a clause that says I need to reserve or leave strip of 10 ft on both sides for common road. Can I include this much sqft in calculating area for FSI?
