A commercial office space which I want to buy. Owner is a builder. as per his words. he has won the case and he has the complete ownership of the property.Court judgment is in his favour. That way he has possion of this property.
i have been there two times. He has the keys.
i want to know what precaution should i take while buying this property.. what are the legal aspects.
is it safe to buy.
Builder is ready to give registered paper transfer .

A.Apart from the information or documents provided by the person claiming to be owner of the property, get title and encumbrance report of the property including the competency of the owner well searched and investigated from all reliable source or authorized agencies, If the search reports appears to be satisfactory then go ahead.

A.Dear Sir,
The aggrieved party may approach higher Court at a belated State and continue the litigation and may take stay order on the judgment passed by Trial Court. Please approach any property lawyer and get verify all the court records and physical possession etc.
