Family Problem Family Problem

I am a widower. I have one son. My daughter-in-law has been residing at her maternal place since last year and a half. The divorce proceedings are on.While going , she left her only son with me and my son as my grandson refused to go with her leaving his grandfather. He also does not want to be brought up at his maternal place. My son is at present on bail on a charge of impersonating as an army general in 2016 and criminal proceedings are on.He has been off and on threatening his son of sending him back to his maternal place. I objected once and was badly abused and shouted upon.I have been paying all expenses of my grandson since 2016.My son has not been earning anything for last 10 months and lives at my expense. He also threatened grandson that he would take him away and live somewhere else as he has the custody.. He often bullies him badly and used to hit him earlier. My grandson and I are living in fear. Is there any legal way to find relief from this situation

A.Dear Client,
You need the help of a Family Counselor rather than Legal Counselor.
Please attend your problems one after the other as you can not attend all of them at a time.
If the child lives in fear then he will develop fear psychosis later.Even if your son has the custody the mother must have visiting Rights in the presence of Father might be.
Under the circumstances you need to think after you who? Son, Daughter in law, grand son etc.You have not mentioned about other sons, daughters etc.Unless and until you share the full story correct advice can not be given.
