Dear Team

I have done M.pharmacy and worked as an associate professor in a reputed college..after my marriage has fixed i quit the job..and days became worst after marriage..

My husband is from rajahmundry and working in dubai as a network engineer..From the day 1 after the marriage my in-laws started harassing..I stayed in dubai just for 3 months after that i concieved and had a baby girl..am staying with my parents till now..it has been 2years..we are facing many issues with them..my in-laws are not allowing him to talk to me..family mambers and relatives from both sides wanted to resolve this..but we are hopelss..my husband is not in contact with me or with my parents..staying in dubai and not attending our calls..

we apprached police to solve this..we came back with dissapointment..
please help me out..not knowing what to do..

A.Dear Madam,
You may file different types of cases and main case will be seeking interim maintenance under Section 125 Cr.P.C and with that finance you can continue legal fight.
